This special support from Essentia Zorg is unique, because it does not only offer obvious services at home. Indication
You need an indication to be able to use this Plus-Service. You can request this at the Social Support Office of your municipality. The service is then paid for under the Social Support Act (Wmo). You pay an income-related personal contribution, while the municipality reimburses the vast majority. The Central Administration Office (CAK) calculates the amount of your income-related contribution.
